What started as a small help to attend to my parents doctor visit has now transformed into a full fledged engagement with team madatnis@India

There are several activities, right from banking, doctor visits, taxi booking, home IT issues, where you would trust no-one other than yourself to coordinate. Even though we stay away from parents for many of these issues, we are the point of first call for them. madatnis@India has been able to become that point of first call and provide support in all these activities. They even arranged to sell our parents old car since that was no longer being used.

It is not only a matter of “convenience” for me or my parents, but most importantly madatnis@India provides me the sense of “security” on a daily basis.

I shifted to Melbourne recently, leaving my mom (a 67 yr old diabetic) alone in Pune. My mom unexpectedly required urgent hospitalization recently due to low sugar, low bp and severe dehydration. Thats when I reached out to madatnis@India. I was a little sceptical when I approached them as I was unsure of how it would go, but it turned out to be the best decision ever! 

Right from my first call to madatnis@India to making sure that my mom was dropped home safely post her discharge, ever thing went flawless. madatnis@India team did everything to ensure that my mom did not have to do any run around, more so, they made sure that I did not have to worry about anything. Their coordination and communication were top-notch, not to mention the long continuous hours they put in at the hospital to make sure everything was okay.
